For over fifteen years, the Moo Booth at the Minnesota State Fair has been educating and entertaining Fair-Goers about the Dairy & Cattle industries in Minnesota and around the world.

Located in the Cattle Barn of the Minnesota State Fair in St.Paul Minnesota, the Moo Booth is a family-friendly place where you can watch cows being milked, take part in fun activities, learn about the care and management of cows, and even spin the Moo-lette wheel!

The Fair, and therefore the Moo Booth, is open for twelve consecutive days through Labor Day every year.

The Minnesota State Fair Moo Booth is a world-class learning center that enthusiastically educates and informs the public about the beef and dairy cattle industries. The Moo Booth features innovative and interactive learning activities and exhibits. It enhances and extends the fair experience for those who visit the cattle displays. The Moo Booth is viewed as a model for volunteer involvement and provides distinguished partnerships in the cattle industry.

The mission is carried out by informing the consumer about:

•the biology of cattle;

•how food gets from the farm to our tables;
•how the cattle industry contributes to the health, economic, social and environmental well-being of our society;
•and how cattle producers and many other people play an integral role in making all of this happen.
